long time no nothing.

it's been a very long time since i have been on here. i've had a hell of a lot of work to be getting on with, still do, btu because of the work load, i haven't really been up to much so there's been nothing to tak about. when uni is over (not long now) and i have entered the real world, this blog is something i am definitely going to get up & running (along with my guitar, driving lessons & a cookery course!)

one thing i have been to is my Aunty & Uncle's wedding. they've been together for 27 years & haven't got married yet, so i was verrry excited when they finally did. :)

to the wedding i wore a Warehouse dress (quite old) & a Topshop blazer (£45) & accesorised it all with my dashing boyfriend, Ben :)

to the reception (which was like a British street party, lots of bunting etc) i wore Topshop vest (£18), same Topshop blazer (£45), Newlook black skinny jeans (£25) & Newlook leopard print platform ankle boots (old) & lots of silver & turquoise jewellery.

well, until all my work is done & i have time to do something interesting enoughto blog about, bye!

Deliveries!

on new years eve, i had ordered several things from River Island, Zara & ASOS.com. i knew they wouldn't come immediately, but i was a bit miffed at my wait. anyways, today, my stuff from River Island arrived;

first off were a pair of black, leopard print harem pants. you can't see the leopard print here, but it isn't massively apparent in real life anyhow, just a nice shiney pattern. i'm impressed with these because i haven't really found many pairs that i think look ok on me, but i think these ones look ok!
teamed with black bandeau top from Miss Selfridge (£10), Love Hearts & Crosses skull cameo (£12) & my New Look leopard print boots.

secondly was a leopard print dress. now, on the website it advertised it as a "skater dress". well, it's not. it's more of a vintage cut & due to that, i could have done with getting a size smaller, but with a belt, it works ok. it's 100% polyester, which is gonna be warm, but it makes the dress hang really well. teamed with Topshop black leggings (£12) & New Look beige platform heels.

now waiting for my ASOS leather panel leggings & my Zara cat blouse!
also, i had my hair coloured before New Year & got absolutely conned. i was over charged an extraordinary amount, the colour was left on too long & so went too dark, then my blonde piece wasn't properly dyed so is now coming through & after just over week of having it; it's back to it's natural colour pretty much instead of the Paloma Faith shade it was meant to be! i was not impressed. but oh well, it looks fine so it will just have to do!

hairdresser humiliation

just got back from my haircut. haven't actually had my hair cut in over a year & over that period of time i've gone from dark red back to my natural colour, which needed a hell of a lot of bleach. anhyhow, basically, my hair is fucked. my hairdresser is amazed i still have hair. but she gave me a sample of a repair mask that i should use every 3 days; Wella System Professional Repair Mask 3. got a bottle which should last me til the loan comes through then BAM, i'm buying me the whole range!
also, i learnt something i didn't know btu everyone SHOULD KNOW. the hair masks/intensive conditioners that such brands as Herbal Essences & Loreal makes: only use 2-3 times a week. do not think that, even if you ahve the dryest hair, that you can use it in replacement of your normal conditioner. because you can't. they are full of protien & too much will just make your hair brittle.

Amazing

i adore everything about this woman.
